Service & Program Delivery
Upon successful registration for membership or certificate programs, confirmation emails along with receipt invoices and dynamic digital course materials are dispatched within 2 to 3 business days. Physical certificates and publications, if applicable, are sent via registered speed post within Amritsar and neighboring Indian cities, which typically takes 5 to 7 business days.
Refund Policy
We aim to provide exceptional training sessions, seminars, and membership benefits. If you register for a certificate course or program and wish to cancel, you must request a refund in writing at least 48 hours prior to the program commencement.
Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment mode (credit card, net banking, or UPI) within 7 to 10 business days. Membership fees once finalized and activated are generally non-refundable due to administrative allocations.
Event Rescheduling & Cancellation
ADCCI reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any training, seminar, or delegation meeting due to insufficient enrollment or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., government regulations or travel restrictions). In the event of a cancellation by ADCCI, participants will receive a 100% refund of their registration fee.
