The Governing Body manages all affairs of the Society, as required under the Societies Registration Act, 1860.

Composition

President, Secretary, Cashier, Adviser, Legal Adviser, and two Executive Members

Minimum strength

Not less than 7 members, including office bearers and Executive Members

Term

One year; selected unanimously, or by secret ballot / show of hands if disputed

Meetings

Once every three months, with a quorum of two-thirds
