What is ADCCI?
ADCCI (Amritsar District Chambers of Commerce & Industry) is a society registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860, operating across the whole of India. It promotes trade, commerce, and industry, supports MSMEs and entrepreneurs, and runs social welfare programs for the community. See our Aims & Objectives.
What is the Business Outreach Program?
The Business Outreach Program aims to strengthen international industry collaboration. We coordinate and execute high-level delegations (comprising 10 to 15 industry members) to engage in bilateral trade, partnering with Indian Missions abroad and local ministries to secure B2B/G2B networking opportunities.
How does ADCCI assist entrepreneurs with subsidies and incentives?
We guide both new and existing entrepreneurs on eligible government subsidies, schemes, and incentive programs under central and state policies. Our team assists with the complex paperwork, eligibility documentation, and direct application processes.
Can ADCCI assist in disputes or clearances with government departments?
Yes. ADCCI acts as a professional mediator between private entrepreneurs and government departments. We facilitate faster resolution of administrative blockages, tax refund delays, compliance clearances, licensing requirements, and incentive claims.
Who can enroll in ADCCI training sessions and seminars?
Our certificate programs and training workshops are designed for students who want to become entrepreneurs, budding business owners starting their journey, or experienced professionals looking to update their knowledge on modern export-import documentation and procedures.
Who can become a member of ADCCI?
Membership is open to any person who has attained the age of majority, is of sound mind, and fulfils the terms and conditions of the Society, subject to approval by the Governing Body. Become a member.
Does ADCCI run social welfare programs?
Yes. Our objectives include welfare programs and community services, educational and welfare facilities such as medical assistance and stationery for students, rural development for economically weaker sections, and environmental initiatives, open to all irrespective of caste, creed, or religion.
How is ADCCI governed?
ADCCI is managed by an elected Governing Body of at least seven members (President, Secretary, Cashier, Adviser, Legal Adviser, and Executive Members) serving a one-year term. Accounts are audited every year by a Chartered Accountant. Read our Rules & Regulations.
