Unrecognized Charges Inquiry

If you notice unrecognized registration charges on your billing statement, please contact your business partners authorized to transact on your behalf. If the charge remains unrecognized, report it within 30 days. Please email us at info@adcci.org.

Payment Failure Retries

If your payment fails, please check your network connection and verify that your billing details, card security codes, or banking passwords are correct before retrying.

Failed Transaction Refunds

If your bank account was debited during a failed transaction attempt, the amount is usually rolled back automatically by your bank within 7 business days. You can also contact us at info@adcci.org with the transaction ID for updates.
